Do you require a deposit?
Yes. I ask for a 25% deposit to start a project, and the remainder is due upon delivery. For
retainers, monthly invoicing applies.
What’s your turnaround time?
Most projects are turned around in 2–6 weeks depending on scope. Including pre production, filming and editing.
Do you offer refunds?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule with at least 7 days' notice.
Do you provide raw footage?
No.
Do you travel?
Absolutely, I love to travel. I'm based in Surrey but regularly shoot all over the Lower
Mainland. Opportunities Across Canada and Internationally are very much welcomed.
Are you insured?
Yes — I carry general liability insurance.
Do you work with businesses on retainer?
Yes — I offer monthly content packages ideal for businesses who want ongoing video social
media strategy.
Do you provide drone services?
Yes — i'm licensed to provide drone services for real estate, events or dynamic aerial shots.
